1、通常win7 系统没有安装telnet 客户端，如果需要使用telnet 测试网络就需要自己添加
2、1。先打开控制面板，添加删除程序
3、勾选telnet 客户端
4、后面全部确定，稍等一会儿，telnet 即可用
