1、和面。面和得稍硬,和完注意要醒半小时,然后再揉,反复两次

2、擀面,厚度根据个人喜好,可薄可厚

3、将擀好的面用刀划菱形,备用

4、将各种配菜切成小薄片,葱姜蒜切末,香菜切末备用

5、锅烧热,放油,烧热,肉放入锅中大火爆炒,血水炒干放入花椒粉、姜粉,放入少许醋和酱油,然后将切好的西红柿放入锅中,随后放入胡萝卜青萝卜香菇翻炒几下,加水。水开放入木耳冻豆腐,锅开放面片(先共磨愆裆尝下萝卜,熟了再放面片)

6、水开两开,面熟后,关火,放入葱花香菜蒜末姜末,可根据个人喜好放入少许花椒粉,起锅即可
